When I started my career in IT the landscape was very different to what it is now. IT Pros would hold on to their knowledge for fear of their little empire being overrun – mostly unwilling to share or help. This was one trait I was very aware that I wanted to avoid.

The IT industry has drastically changed for the better.

As much as I love getting stuck-in to a project, there’s nothing more satisfying than seeing an individual develop their career, knowledge and skills – particularly when you have helped them along in that journey.
